General Manager - Buttermilk & Bourbon -Watertown
Buttermilk & Bourbon Group & Owner, Chef Jason Santos, is opening the fifth restaurant & 2nd Buttermilk & Bourbon restaurant in Watertown, MA with a planned opening of late Spring. We are seeking an outstanding individual to join the team as General Manager of the new location.
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the business including, but not limited to, assisting with the planning of the opening of the new restaurant, hiring, training new FOH Staff, collaborating with the Bar Manager, Chef & Director of Ops on bar menus, set up efficient processes and set high standards and expectations for the staff.
Qualifications for this role require a minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in a General Manager role, wine knowledge, a passion for the industry, an overall positive personality/outlook and never-ending ambition. Compensation is very competitive, includes base salary, bonuses & benefits.
